"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness and into his marvelous light." 1 Peter 2:9-10

Flowers are the friends of life...?
Nevada and I decided to take pictures of my flowers so that we could make greeting cards from them and here are a few:
You know how much I love flowers and all other plants :)! Don't assume, though, that I know all the ones you have. It's more difficult when you don't see the whole plant and when you can't cheat :). I love the idea you have for making cards. I have also been doing this recently. It's been fun using flowers from my yard and scenery pictures, etc. I'm looking forward to getting one of your cards.
Here goes....
1. Baby's Breath (I'm not sure what the little purple flowers are.) 2. This one has me stumped. I'm going to guess....can't think. 3. Delphinium 4. Japanese Lily 5. Black-eyed Susan (Rudebeckia sp.?) 6. Poppy 7. Aster?? Daisy?? 8. Petunia 9. Blue Bells 10. & 11. Daylily 12. Daisy?? Is this the same as #7? 13. Another one that has me stunped...It looks a little like a peony, but the leaves don't look quite right....camelia? Whew...that wore me out!
Wow you have some very beautiful flowers there. I have no clue what the names are so I won't be winning your little contest, but I sure think someone is a great photographer!
